SWEARING OF DOCUMENTS

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATION?

An oath serves to give legal value to a document by allowing a person to swear that the information it contains is true, before a commissioner for oaths.

This step is required in many administrative or legal procedures, such as immigration, declarations of loss, affidavits or certain government forms.

We are qualified to swear in documents both for Quebec and outside Quebec, thus ensuring the legal validity of your documents in various jurisdictions.

The commissioner does not certify the veracity of the content, but attests that the person has taken an oath or made a solemn affirmation.
